We’ll be celebrating at Monte Fasolo, a stunning vineyard estate tucked into the ancient volcanic hills of Colli Euganei, just an hour southwest of Venice. The property is home to rolling vines, delicious wines, and the most beautiful 18-room villa, Le Volpi—with a view, a pool, and a hot tub we fully intend to enjoy. There are scenic hiking trails right from the villa that wind through the vineyards and hills, perfect for a morning stroll (or wine-fueled wander). It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, raise a glass, and stay a while.
The estate is made up of two separate but nearby areas: Enoteca Monte Fasolo, where the wedding celebrations will take place, and Le Volpi, the villa where guests will be staying. Monte Fasolo features a wine shop and restaurant, while Le Volpi has its own small tasting room and wine shop. The two are about 1.25 miles apart along the same road, making it easy to move between them by car, or a 30 minute hike, if you’re feeling adventurous.

The region around Monte Fasolo is full of charm and history, with so much to explore before or after the wedding. Just an hour away is Venice, with its winding canals, romantic gondolas, and endless gelato. Closer by is the city of Padova—home to beautiful piazzas, ancient universities, and lively cafes—and not far beyond, you’ll find Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, with its cobbled streets, Roman amphitheater, and timeless romance. Northern Italy (and the Veneto region in particular) offers incredible landscape diversity—from vineyard-covered hills to seaside lagoons and alpine peaks—making it the perfect place to turn our celebration into a full adventure.
